Project management techniques were applied to capture aspects of: time, cost, quality, safety and environmental aspects when executing the project. The project consultant to this project is Southgate Consulting Limited, the team consists of a consortium of members comprised of: Architect, Civil & Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors (QS), Mechanical & Electrical Engineers (M&E).The project was procured through a traditional approach that's Design-Bid -Build, the contractor was procured through a selective approach. The Apartment are well built and the compound is well paved.
